this is sooo helpful, thanks so much! i've been trying to do my keds without leaving any white on them, but it's hard because they're only ankle height so there isn't a big surface to play with... thanks! (:

    Hi!!
This is an amazing tutorial, but I have a question, does it works with all kinds of shoes??? I saw the ballerinas gallery, and I was thinking about making some based on this tutorial... and another thing... are the paints you use special for this kind of work??? since I live in a little country very, very far away (Paraguay, South America) I don't think I would be able to get those (maybe I'll be lucky with Faber Castell, those I know) so I was wondering if I could replace them with something similar...

    Hallo!

Just wondering about how secure those Zig Posterman Markers are - what if the shoes were to get wet, even after you spray the varnish with them? Will they be ruined???!!!
